The goal of this Quarterback Development Manual is to improve arm Health, Arm Strength (Throwing Velocity + Throwing Distance), and accuracy. Doing this program will quicken the quarterbacks release and add more zip on the ball, while building stamina to repeatedly throw at a high level during practices and games.
