Description

The goal of these programs is to maintain a solid base of physical health and general  fitness qualities so athletic missionaries can have more stamina to serve and return to their pre-mission form much faster after returning home from two years of service. These are NOT a velocity development program. These are simple, detailed programs that use a general structure from week-to-week.

Baseball Program

It consists of 3 program options: Occlusion Training (ie Blood Flow Restriction), Aerobic Plyometric and A-lactic Capacity Training. The workout program options are laid out in a week view schedule. Includes guidelines for throwing volume and intensity & frequency. Also arm maintenance protocols featuring Driveline Plyocare balls and Jaeger Sports bands.

Basketball Program

It consists of 3 program options: Occlusion Training (ie Blood Flow Restriction), Aerobic Plyometric and Complex Training. The workout program options are laid out in a week view schedule. Includes mobility modes, goal setting sheets, and relaxation techniques provided by ‘the mental locker’.
