PERSONAL TRAINING PROGRAMS
Athletes in our personal training programs are given a custom, effective workout based on their personal goals, sport, and position. Our trainers will assess and regularly test the athlete to ensure they are making progress. Using our state-of-the-art facility, athletes see a huge increase in key performance indicators such as vertical, arm swing, and more. Additionally, our personal training athletes have access to our recovery room. Using the best recovery techniques out there, athletes can stay healthy and active with compression therapy, dry cupping, laser therapy and more. Training times are selected by athletes and can be changed weekly to meet demands of game and practice schedules. We recommend our personal training program to anyone involved in competitive sports.
