GROUP TRAINING

Norton Performance is proud to offer group training programs for athletes who are looking to improve overall athleticism and strength. In group training, athletes will work through a series of workouts designed to create results. Our trainers will be assisting the athletes every step of the way to ensure proper form and technique are in place. We recommend the group training program for athletes looking to improve overall athleticism, athletes just entering competitive sports, or athletes who are in recreational sports.

GROUP TRAINING OPTIONS​

Teen training

$ 150 per month
  • Mondays and Wednesdays 8:00-9:00am
  • Ages 13 & up

Youth training

$ 150 per month
  • Mondays and Wednesdays 9:00-10:00am
  • Ages 12 & under
